WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?

I mainly accept cash in hand but will also consider paypal and bank transfers if done in advance or whilst i am present

WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER

I currently cover a 10 mile radius from the Middleton area. These areas include;
Heywood, Oldham, Blackley, Rochdale, Moston, Tameside, Stockport Swinton, Prestwich, Ashton, Failsworth, Bury, Radcliffe. Worsley, Wythenshaw, Droylsden, Farnworth, and parts of Bolton and Trafford
I am able to travel further for an additional mileage charge which can be discussed prior to grooming

WHAT’S YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE?

I have over 12 years experience working with animals Which include dog walking, pet sitting, First aid and grooming.
In my earlier years i gain a lot of experience by working in kennels and catteries, From there i progressed onto university where i obtained my Bsc animal welfare degree. Once graduated i decided to further my knowledge and take my level 3 diploma in dog grooming.

DO YOU GROOM PREGNANT OR UN-VACCINATED DOGS?

Yes i do but this is at the owners own risk and a consent form will need to be signed. As i groom in your own home un-vaccinated dogs are not around other dogs. I am able to groom pregnant bitches upto 14-10days before their due date

DO YOU HAVE A VAN?

To be clear, i do NOT have a van, i set up in your home and grooms your dogs, Please make sure this is understood before booking a groom.

HOW FAST CAN I GET A QUOTE?

I will normally respond the same day but please bare in mind i am working and its not always possible for me to answer my phone or reply straight away whilst i am grooming. The best way to contact me is via text message

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT?

Need to cancel or re-arrange then no problem! i ask for 48 hours notice so i can try and offer your slot to someone on the waiting list. Cancellations made before this time will result in a 50% of the groom price charged and must be paid before any future grooming appointments will be booked

DO YOU OFFER NAIL CLIPPING?

nail clipping is including in my packages. I am not able to come out to just for nail clips due to time constraints. If you are desperate for a nail clip then it would be charged at My minimum charge, which is £20

EAR PLUCKING AND ANAL GLANDS?

Unfortunately these are two procedures which are now recommended to be done by a vet only due to the invasive nature and risk to infection. Therefore i am unable to now to offer this
