My name is Kim and I am the proud owner of beauty in the beast in house mobile dog grooming serving clients of Middleton, Heywood, Tamside and other surrounding areas of Greater Manchester. Id like to tell you a little bit about myself and the reasons behind why I started a mobile in house dog grooming service, so to be able to do that please meet my furbabies, Gizmo and Belle.
My dogs are my whole world, just like I am sure your dogs are to you. Unfortuantly  my dogs aren't that great with a salon environment, or quite frankly leaving my side. Gizmo suffers with separation anxiety along with epilepsy and belle has alopecia, I know right! every groomers worst nightmare.....a bald dog.

After working amongst a variety of animal establishments to gain experience I decided to go back to university and study for my BSc Animal Welfare degree which covered a variety of topics from  vet nursing, animal 1st aid, diet and nutrient and the welfare and legislation of animal which I graduated in 2013. After taking a short break from education, I threw myself back into a grooming academy and gained my level 3 diploma in dog grooming. Realising my dogs were never going to be suitable for salon or mobile van grooming I decided"well what if I brought the salon experience to your homes instead" and TA-DA in 2017 Beauty and the Beast Mobile dog grooming was born

I am extremely passionate about my work and proud to be voted one of the top 3 grooming businesses in Greater Manchester by 'three top rated' i am always trying to expand my knowledge by attending seminars and workshops and I thoroughly enjoy competing. I am currently working toward my international certified master groomer qualification.

So that now takes us to the present and as it stands I have over 300 clients and booked up usually months in advance, however I do get the odd cancellation and room to take on new clients so please just ask for appointments and ill see what I can do.
